To receive updates and offers, kindly subscribe to our newsletter, as we respect your choice and won’t add you to our mailing list without your consent.

However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product description or pricing.  We do undertake to notify you of any defaults of the product should any be found that weren’t listed on the website.

2.2. Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will inform you and provide alternatives or a refund. We do endeavour to keep the website updated at all times.

2.3. Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We accept payment through various secure methods, as indicated on our website. Payment is due at the time of order placement.

2.4. Order Cancellation: We may cancel or refuse to accept any order in our sole discretion, including in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping: We strive to process and dispatch orders in a timely manner. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are indicated during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, but will be communicated.  Due to the sheer vastness of SA, we’ll quote on delivery charges seperately and insurance of the said delivery is for the customer’s account.  You may arrange or appoint your own delivery.  No charges are applicable for collections.

3.2. Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect or insufficient address details provided by you.

3.3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the products upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damages or discrepancies.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Return Policy: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

4.2. Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, we will process it within a reasonable timeframe and using the original payment method. Refunds may exclude original shipping costs.
